Fraser is a proud generalist. He has more than 20 years of experience providing analysis and advice. In that time, he has gone wherever interest and enthusiasm has taken him.
So Fraser has worked on topics as diverse as innovation, neighbourhood renewal and economic development, learning disability, palliative care, sexual and domestic violence, the regulation of synthetic drugs, policy responses to austerity, outcomes-based commissioning and population health management. He has worked at local, national and European level for public, private and voluntary sectors.
Within this diversity, there are two uniting themes. Fraser cares deeply about inequality; he also believes wholeheartedly in the benefits of clear thinking and empirical evidence.
