Craig has led and contributed to a wide range of evaluation and analytical projects at the Strategy Unit, including work on stroke prevention, cancer pathways, targeted screening programmes and national initiatives to reduce healthcare inequalities. His recent projects span complex causal inference, large-scale data engineering and the development of analytical tools to support service improvement.
Before joining the Strategy Unit, Craig held senior analytical and quality-focused roles across acute, community and mental health settings. This experience grounds his work in a deep understanding of clinical practice, operational pressures and the realities of delivering care, enabling him to produce insights that are both rigorous and practical for clients to act on.
