We want to hear about people's experience of working with a Family Support Worker, so we can find out what is working well and identify potential areas for improvement.

Tell us what you think

Thank you for your interest in taking part in the evaluation of the Family Support Worker pilot that is being delivered by Barnardo’s.

Thank you for your interest in taking part in the evaluation of the Family Support Worker pilot that is being delivered by Barnardo’s.

We are the Strategy Unit, part of the NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit. We are an NHS team that supports improvements in health and care services. We have been asked by NHS England to evaluate the Family Support Worker pilot service.

We would like to speak to people like you who have been supported by a Family Support Worker. The things you tell us will help us to improve the service for you and others. You do not have to speak to us, and if you do not want to speak to us it will not affect your access to this service or any other service in the future.

If you do speak to us, anything that you tell us would be anonymous, unless the evaluator is concerned about your or someone else’s safety. The interview would take between 20 and 30 minutes and we would arrange a time to speak to you on the phone or on a video call (MS Teams).

We might not be able to interview everyone who would like to take part, but if you are chosen for an interview, you will receive a £20 Love2Shop gift card.

If you are interested in speaking to us, please click on the link below which will tell you a bit more about taking part in the evaluation and ask you for a few details so that we can contact you.

Thank you for your interest in the evaluation of the Family Support Workers Service. We have now finished this phase of the evaluation, and are no longer interviewing families.

If you have any questions about the evaluation, please contact Strategy Unit team members Sam Callanan sam.callanan@nhs.net 07407 830 411, or Kathryn Rogers kathryn.rogers13@nhs.net 020 4582 2619.
Thank you!
