Charlotte provides administrative support to the Midlands Decision Support Network and NHS-R community. In particular, Charlotte supports:
- Education and development course leads in the design, delivery and evaluation of their training programmes for the Midlands DSU Network; and
- The NHS-R programme and events.

Prior to joining the Strategy Unit, Charlotte worked for the NHS Quality Review Service. There she supported programmes of work to help services understand the quality of exiting services – and ways that they could be improved.
