• Drawing on over 15 years of public sector experience across local government and the NHS, Clare is passionate about public health and social care. She is particularly interested in how evidence informs strategic decision making in complex environments and has worked extensively with senior leaders to support and develop this agenda.

    Clare is a Fellow of the National Institute for Health and Social Care Research and is completing a PhD at the Population Health Sciences Institute, Newcastle University.
