His work covers full end‑to‑end event management, including planning, stakeholder engagement, logistics, communications, and on‑the‑day delivery.
Alongside his event expertise, Maciej plays a key role in supporting and at times leading Strategy Unit projects. He contributes to project planning, coordination, and operational delivery, ensuring that activities run smoothly and align with strategic priorities. Maciej has over 8 years’ experience working in NHS in learning and development. He also developed his skills in organising and coordinating events working as an Education Centre Manager. Maciej is passionate about the EDI and helped to develop new staff networks process and policies.
